Callaly is on a mission to reinvent femcare and be the most forward-thinking company for people with periods. We believe that nobody should have to put up with products that don’t work or haven’t improved in decades. Nor should they have to buy tampons and pads in one absorbency or in bulk from supermarkets just because that’s what they’ve always done. That’s why we launched a delivery service selling a much better option: tampliners, the first real design innovation to tampons in 80 years. Since our soft launch in 2018 we’ve sold tens of thousands of tampliners, and have won multiple prestigious innovation awards. The Independent named us one of the “period-positive startups revolutionising the multi-billion pound feminine care industry”, we made it into Dezeen’s top 10 most forward-thinking designs for women, and even Vogue called our branding chic.

What you’ll do

  • Be responsible for planning and delivering the partnerships strategy for Callaly to drive customer growth and hit company goals
  • Drive business performance by executing volume sales and partnerships, having a large impact on the experience and the financial performance of the company
  • Drive brand awareness, affinity and revenue through marketing/product partnerships and collaborations
  • Leverage data and insights to identify new opportunities and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships
  • Network and maintain senior-level relationships in the consumer products, D2C, health and wellness, media and femcare industries for information sharing and knowledge gathering
  • Create deal structures and incentives that are mutually beneficial to Callaly and our partners
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer experience and leadership team to develop opportunities to meet business needs
  • Work closely with the CEO & Co-Founder to pitch deals and manage key relationships
  • Create compelling campaign recaps and case studies that help to generate new and repeat business

Who you are

  • You’re able to create meaningful and long-lasting relationships with the people you partner with
  • You have a record of past partnership achievements, including spearheading new strategic initiatives and managing senior-level external stakeholders
  • You have advanced written and verbal communication skills, strong creative problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal and operational skills
  • You’re adaptable and understand how to strategically pivot
  • You’re hyper-organised; excellent at balancing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • You take a structured and analytical approach, working well on your own initiative
  • You enjoy selling and closing deals
  • You’re ambitious while working well as part of a team
  • You’re sociable with a great sense of humour (we take our work seriously but not ourselves)
  • You are personally motivated by our mission to reinvent femcare and bust the period taboo

You’ll get bonus points for:

  • Experience working at a start-up, preferably in D2C e‑commerce, consumer goods, or with a subscription model
